Move & Motivate at The Snug - Friday Term Time 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM
Open to anyone who wants to support their mental health and wellbeing through exercise. Wear loose, comfy clothes and no equipment necessary.
All are welcome, including chair adaptations. Taking place on Friday Term Time between 3 - 4.30 pm.
