World Mental Health Day: Join the Global Conversation

Every year, on 10 October, we come together to commemorate World Mental Health Day.

For 2023, under the theme 'Mental health is a universal human right,' as designated by the World Foundation of Mental Health, we have a special focus.

This year, Time To Talk Waltham Forest, want to emphasise the significance of open conversations around mental health, the need for self-care, and the importance of seeking support if you're facing challenges.

Together, we can promote mental health as a universal human right and encourage understanding, compassion, and action within our community.

Get Involved

We would love to hear what you are planning to do for World Mental Health Day by emailing us at ttcwfhub@gmail.com or by posting a message via our Instagram page. You can also visit the Mental Health Foundation for further information.

Help & Support

If you need to talk to someone the Samaritans can be contacted on 116 123 or text SHOUT to 85258 to chat with a crisis support volunteer. The www.HubOfHope.co.uk is a mental health database, bringing help and support together in one place.
