Hello & Happy New Year, Steve here from Mental Health Mates Highams Park, the peer support group where you can walk and talk, connect and share without fear of judgement and everyone is welcome.
I'm delighted to confirm walk dates for the next three weeks in January 2025.
I have added these as events on the Facebook Group page so you have reminders too.
Below are details of the walks.
Sunday 12th January @ 1pm
We will meet at Highams Park Station, main entrance on The Avenue walking to HP Lake, Forest and Park.
Sunday 19th January @ 1pm
We will meet at Highams Park Station, the main entrance on The Avenue walking to Larks Wood.
Saturday 25th January @ 11am
We will meet at Highams Park Station, main entrance on The Avenue walking to HP Lake, Forest and Park.
